We’ve talked briefly about search engine ranking- lets discuss this in more detail.  Search engine ranking is extremely important to your SEO success.

For example, lets say you searched for “Chicago Mechanic”.  Would you be more likely to dig through pages of results, or to call a few of the mechanics listed on the first page of results?

Most people will select a business whose search engine ranking is within the top 5 or ten results, so getting your website in this desirable real estate is paramount.

The process of search engine ranking usually takes at least 6 months, even with great SEO practices.  Additionally, some keywords are highly competitive, so you have to keep at it.
